Communication in the beginning was find. However, scheduling delivery once our goods arrived was problematic, unplanned and uncoordinated. Even though they had information about building office hours and parking services it seems no planning was done with that information. Also delivery staff were rushing. They did not use the packing list from originating company but a piece of paper with numbers. Everything was very last minute when it came to delivery. The company also refused to pick up boxes after we unpacked. They simply ignored us. I would not recommend them.
