I send my mother's 63 years wardrobe kayu jati to my house in singapore on 21/10/2019 & delivery to s'pore on 11/11/19 with terrible 4 cracks & some one steal of 3 pieces long small kayu jati which is attached inside my wardrobe.
Bu yuni anggraeni is now helping me to get insurance's claim.
I can proof it, 4 cracks & lost 3 pieces small long kayu jati at my whatssapp no. +62 857 079090 19.

I asked to pack with wooden's cover but she refused it.
Stealing inside 3 long small kayu jati inside my wardrobe is terrible thing I discover in my life couse I had been sending all my furniture frm spore to syd but nothing happend sad thing

Good professional Co, our moving is still in process, Packing and moving in Jkt was v good.
Needs a little more improvement with documents and communication.
Yet to experience the Ocean shipment, clearance, inland moving, unpacking and arranging part.
