What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
Insurance policy will all risk coverage. The insurance company will require the picture of the damaged items and they will review within a week. Compensation of the damaged will be based on their valuation. When the claim amount approved then the insurance company will process for the payment and it will take 1 week at the maximum.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
We always give advices to the client of how the packing procedure, shipping process, insurance method and customs clearance process at destination. We always inform the client in advance of what the client should do from end to end to ensure the moving process will go smoothly.

We recently moved from Jakarta to Canberra and needed to ship our belongings. We checked with the usually big companies but the rate they were quoting was prohibitive. Then we found a small, local company called KX Moving Services to arrange our move. Their quote was 1/2 of what others were giving and offered a much more clear timeline for delivery in collaboration with their partner companies in Australia. Our things were just delivered yesterday and I am so impressed with the service: highly professional and hassle-free. They were careful with the packing and arranging the Indonesian clearance; highly informative about what the regulations and restrictions were for sending things to Australia and gave us regular updates about the process.

Hi! Just want to share my recent experience with KX moving services. I’m so glad I went ahead with them. They are super professional and made my move so much less torturous! [Name removed by Sirelo] (the owner/manager) is the kindest man and so is his team. He organized everything from the deposits and building paperwork to delivery and placement in perfect condition with no damage and it was all done so fast! They are priced fairly and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I highly recommend them for both local and international moves.
